Last day for placing custom-made order before Christmas is 12 Nov. For custom-made order placed after 12 Nov, buyers will receive the items after Christmas and New Year. If buyers could not wait for the production time of the custom-made items, please do not purchase custom-made items and choose in stock items sold at our other ebay store instead of the custom-made items.

To ensure that the items are delivered before Christmas, customers are requested to send the payment to us on or before 12 Nov. All payments sent after 12 Nov, the orders may NOT be arrived to you on or before Christmas & New Year. Please be noticed that there are usually considerable postal delays before and after long holidays like Christmas & New or if there are public holidays at your end, so please take this into consideration and customers are advised to purchase the item earlier than the dates shown.

Our Factory will have Chinese New Year Holidays from 8 Jan 2012 to 31 Jan 2012. There is no production at our factory during Chinese New Year Holidays. We could not proceed your custom-made orders druing this period. Buyers may place custom-made order during this period but there may be a delay in processing your order. All of orders placed from 8 Jan 2012 to 31 Jan 2012 which will be proceeded starting on 1 Feb 2012. Production time will be counted from the day on 1 Feb 2012. Since production time takes around 25~30 working days, all of orders placed from 8 Jan 2012 to 31 Jan 2012 will be finished production on around Mar 2012. As delivery time takes around 7~15 working days, customers will receive the order on around Mar or Apr 2012.

Besides, our Hong Kong office will be closed from 15 Jan 2012 to 29 Jan 2012. For any enquiry during the above peroid, we will respond your message at around 30 Jan 2012.
