We will have Easter Holidays from 2 Apr 2012 to 10 Apr 2012. Our office will be closed during this period and we could not proceed your orders. Buyers could place the custom-made oders to us during this period but there may be a delay in processing your order. For the order placed between 2 Apr 2012 to 10 Apr 2012, we will proceed the order to our factory when we have been back to office on 11 Apr 2012.
For any enquiry during the above peroid, we will respond your message at around 11 Apr 2012.
Since we may received many of enquiries from customer during our holidays, we take time to clear up all these enquiries.
Please be patient and we will try our best to reply all your enquiries with 3 to 5 working days.
We offer lower additional shipping cost to upgrade the mail service to UPS or Hong Kong Speed Post (EMS). Please kindly contact us for details.
All items sold at our web store are custom-made items. For Custom-made items, production time take around 25 to 30 working days and delivery time takes around 7 to 15 working days to arrive. The production time and delivery time may be subject to delay before and after long holidays like Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, Easter... The delivery time is just estimated but not guarantee. If buyers could not wait for the production time of the custom-made items, please do not purchase custom-made items sold at our web store and choose in stock items sold at our ebay store instead.
